Founded in 1974, the Robert Keenan Winery sits high on the
Mayacamas Range above Napa Valley. Keenan wines consistently
achieve the highest scores. Keenan Merlot became
a star performer when a taste comparison with Chateau Petrus resulted in a virtual draw.
Its current vintages of Cabernet Sauvignon and Cabernet Franc were awarded 93 and 91 points respectively by Robert Parker who feels that “these wines are the finest he has ever tasted
from this producer.”
